The Community College of Allegheny County partnered with TEN to modernize its South Campus, upgrading major HVAC systems and improving energy efficiency while working within its more than $35 million annual budget. Completed on an accelerated timeline, the project delivered cost savings and sustainability gains, earning recognition in the DOE Better Buildings Challenge.
