- Upgraded HVAC systems across four schools
- Replaced pool boiler and upgraded natatorium HVAC systems

Building Automation & Controls
- Upgraded building control systems to optimize performance and energy efficiency
Building Envelope & Thermal Efficiency
- Installed new brick veneer, coping, flashing, and water repellent
- Repointed masonry piers, infilled vents, and added weep holes
- Repaired downspouts, scuppers, and exterior masonry
Window & Façade Repairs
- Replaced failed window glass in classrooms
- Repaired flashing to improve weather resistance and thermal performance
